![]() 'Editor or Read only' will be a more suitable permission - you'll have to revoke all permission on shared calendars first. If the calendars were originally shared with 'delegated' access then of course these will generate alerts for all users shared to as this function is designed for PA's and such. ![]() unfortunately because this particular script only propagates the calendars in Outlook (desktop) you wont be able to view them on other devices or in other apps. Option 1 - Assign calendar permissions via PowerShell, this goes directly through exchange service and not the 365 or outlook client console so will not trigger notifications for shared calendars. ![]()
